Tips for Renting a Party Bus

It’s time to party with a group of your closest friends! Whether you’re looking for an event to celebrate a special occasion or you need a fun outing to get away from it all, hiring a party bus is a great way to kick off the next big weekend!

Be Prepared

We recommend scheduling your rental at least one week in advance.  However, we are happy to work with last-minute planners and will accommodate your needs if you call us within 24 hours of booking.

Number of Guests

There are several party buses available for hire, so there’s sure to be one that suits your needs. For small groups (2-8 people), we recommend hiring our 20 passenger bus. Our 20 passenger bus is great for birthday parties, bachelor/ette parties, girls nights out, or simply a group of friends wanting to party the night away.

Pick Your Party Bus

When deciding which party bus to rent, consider your event’s purpose. For example, if you’re planning on hosting a graduation celebration, you may want to hire a bus that offers more legroom. If you’re planning on playing a game of strip bingo, you may need a bus that has enough room for you and your friends to spread out.   Here is a look a different types of party buses.

Understand the Charges

Hiring a party bus can get expensive. So, before you sign on the dotted line, make sure to familiarize yourself with our pricing options. In addition to renting a party bus, we can also provide other party services like DJ, lighting, tables and chairs, etc. We even provide a full bar!

Check Reviews

Before booking a party bus with us, take a look at what our customers have to say about their experience. If you find that customers are not happy with the service provided, you can either get in touch with us to let us know of your concerns or you can cancel your rental without penalty up until 24 hours before the party begins.

Get Everything in Writing

If you’re planning on hiring a party bus, make sure to bring your original signed contract and any additional terms and conditions agreed upon with the company. This will ensure that there’s no confusion and that both parties are on the same page. It’s important to note that a written contract is binding and legally enforceable so it’s vital that you understand it.

The above information should help you to get started planning your next big event! Please feel free to contact us for further information about booking a party bus for your special occasion.
